Triple case of DUI causing death heads to grand jury

GEORGE COUNTY, MS (WLOX) - A woman accused of driving under the influence and causing an accident that killed three people in May appeared in a George County courtroom Tuesday. Kimberlie Dailey waived her right to a preliminary hearing, and now the case has been bound over to a Grand Jury.

George County investigators said Dailey was involved in the crash on Marshall Smith Road near Barton-Agricola Road. She was arrested right after the accident.

James Andrew Powell, Jr., 44, April Eugenia Livingston, 36, and Donna Faye Powell, 69 all died as a result of the accident. All three were from George County.
