BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -
On Thursday morning, Biloxi's Mayor Andrew 'FoFo" Gilich talked to residents about the progress of the city. Gilich gave the details at the "Breakfast with the Mayor" event at Hard Rock Live inside Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The mingling and handshaking began at 8 a.m.
The session was open to the public and provided an informal setting for the mayor to discuss issues and answer questions from the audience.
The event is put on by the Biloxi Chamber of Commerce. The chamber also distributed $7,000 in small-business grants and unveiled the poster for the 2015 Biloxi Seafood Festival.
