Uber says the Harrison County Motor Vehicle For Hire Authority has refused to create reasonable rules for companies like Uber.
Drivers in the Gulfport area will only be able to use the Uber app until Wednesday night.
Uber says it will be happy to return to the area if local officials decide to change their rules.
