FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) _ Tigger Lyles and Brian Kirby hit home runs and Arkansas scored seven runs in the first inning and went on the beat Mississippi 10-3 Sunday. The Razorbacks (18-19, 5-10 Southeastern Conference) sent 11 batters to the plate in the first inning against Ole Miss starter Ronnie Goodwin (4-2). Jeff Hoefler's three-run double highlighted the rally. Jeremy Rankin (2-2) worked five innings and allowed three hits and three runs, though just one was earned. Josh Merryman pitched four innings of scoreless relief for his second save. Goodwin was pounded for 11 hits and 10 runs in four innings, including a homer in second to Kirby and one in the fifth to Lyles. Glen Morris homered for the Rebels (25-10-1, 10-5). Ole Miss lost two of three to Arkansas, the Rebels first series loss in four weeks.
