4-wheeler accident claims the life of Pass Christian boy, 13

PASS CHRISTIAN, MS (WLOX) -

The 13-year-old boy who was killed in a 4-wheeler accident in Pass Christian on Wednesday evening has been identified as Donavon Necaise. That information comes from Harrison County Coroner Gary Hargrove.

Police Chief Timothy Hendricks calls the accident “horrible and tragic.”

Officers responded to the wreck near the intersection of Wood Street and Oakland Avenue around 6:30 p.m. Hendricks said two juvenile males were involved in the wreck, and Necaise was pronounced dead at the scene.

The other boy was taken to a hospital in Mobile, AL, where he is listed in critical condition. He has not been identified because he is a juvenile.

Hendricks said the cause of the accident is under investigation.
