Sonnier said the victim told police she was returning from the grocery store when she saw two men towing her vehicle away from her home.

Police finally caught up to the pair on I-10 westbound near mile marker 32.

Miguel and Fredy are both being held at the Harrison County Jail. Both are held on $50,000 bonds.
