Open forum on Cook Road corridor plan

JACKSON COUNTY, MS (WLOX) - There will be an open forum to discuss the proposed Cook Road Corridor Plan on July 7. The public meeting will go over the proposed plan for the new Cook Road from the Jackson County-Harrison County border to Seaman Road. Jackson County leaders say the purpose of the plan is to establish a vision and land development standards that will guide future development in the corridor.

The public is invited to come and go as they please during the scheduled hours to view exhibits and other project information, and discuss with County representatives the draft vision and proposed land development standards and guidelines for the new Cook Road.

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the St. Martin Community Center at 15008 Lemoyne Blvd.
