WAVELAND, MS (WLOX) -

Monday was the deadline for Dr. Steve Morris, Peggy Laporte and Brittany Spikes to change their pleas to guilty. Each is facing 57 federal charges for allegedly conspiring to sell prescriptions for cash.

If convicted on all charges Morris, Laporte and Spikes all three face more than 500 years in prison.

Laporte and Spikes have been allowed bond, but Morris is being held without bond. Morris' defense team filed a motion last week, asking a judge to reconsider and allow him out on bond.

The judge has not yet responded to the request.

A July 6 trial date has been set for all three suspects.
