March 2001 Rainfall Totals

It was catch up time in March. All the WeatherNet sites in South Mississippi had rainfall totals well above normal. As a matter of fact, some sites had total had double their normal amount. The wet month erased the short-term drought in the WLOX viewing area. However, long term moisture, the type that recharges rivers and lakes, is still a problem. Here are the totals for March:
