BILOXI, MS (WLOX) - Fajita Marinated Pork Chops

6 Double Cut Pork Chops
1 ½ Cups Julienne Onions
2 Red Bell Peppers Julienne
4 Garlic Cloves
1 TBLS Onion Powder
1 TBLS Garlic Powder
1 TSP Cumin
1 TBLS Salt
2 TSP White Pepper
Combine all ingredients and marinate for at least one hour.
Remove pork chops from marinade and place on preheated, hot grill.
In a hot pan, sauté all marinade ingredients until caramelized.
Serve with side dishes of your choice.
