Grouper Pontchartrain

A fresh fillet of grilled grouper topped with sautéed crabmeat, shrimp, mushrooms, green onions, and capers served over linguine pasta with a garlic butter and white wine sauce!


Grill grouper with Creole seasoning.

Sauté the shrimp, mushrooms, green onions and capers in garlic butter and a splash of white wine. When shrimp are done, add crabmeat.

Heat Pasta and place grouper on top. Pour the shrimp, mushrooms and etc. over the top of the grouper.

Serve while hot.
