NEW ORLEANS, LA (WLOX) -
15-year NFL veteran Shayne Graham completed his first full season with the New Orleans Saints in 2014. On Thursday the 6-0, 210 pound kicker agreed to terms with the Saints on a one-year contract.
Graham signed with the Saints in 2000 as an undrafted free agent out of Virginia Tech. He ranks seventh in the NFL in field goal accuracy (85.5%) in his 15 years.
He's connected on 266-of-311 field goal attempts with 9 NFL teams and has scored 1,219 points, tied for 35th in NFL history.
Last season Graham sent 19-of-22 field goal attempts (86.4%) right through the uprights and ended 2014 with 103 points, the Saints leading scorer.
Outside linebacker Parys Haralson also inked a one-year contract with the Saints, entering his third season in New Orleans.
The 6-0, 255 pound Haralson after acquired by the Saints in 2013 from the San Francisco 49ers.
He was a fifth round draft pick by San Francisco from the University of Tennessee in 2006. In 118 NFL games, the nine-year NFL veteran has started 88 games and has 380 career tackles (209 solo), 28 sacks, five passes defensed, three forced fumbles and five fumble recoveries.
Haralson is a Flora, Mississippi native and played his high school football at Madison Central High School.
