HARRISON COUNTY, MS (WLOX) - The verdict is in. After an hour of deliberation, the jury in the Harrison County Utility Authority lawsuit has ruled that the authority must pay the Walker family $30,000.
The Walker family sued the utility authority claiming the group took too much of their Woolmarket property and didn't pay them what it was worth. After three days inside the court room, the jury agreed.
