BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

Biloxi Mayor AJ Holloway was expected in court Thursday morning, but city spokesman Vincent Creel said he's sick, and is being treated for flu-like symptoms at Biloxi Regional Medical Center.

Creel told WLOX News Holloway, "was at work Tuesday with what I'm told were flu-like symptoms. My understanding is he is in the hospital now being treated with antibiotics."

Holloway was supposed to testify Thursday in a trial over eminent domain involving the Harrison County Utility Authority.
