Shrimp Dip

From El Maguey Mexican Restaurant


  • 1 pound of shrimp
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • half a medium onion, chopped
  • 1 fresh jalapeno pepper
  • chopped cilantro (to taste)
  • fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 4 oz. ketchup
  • pinch of salt

Boil the shrimp in water, garlic, and salt. When shrimp is fully cooked, chop it and mix with above ingredients.
