BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

Pass Christian was the smaller team on the court in game number four of Hoopsfest. But, the Pirates took it right at the taller D'Iberville Warriors. And for three quarters, that aggressive approach helped Pass Christian slip past the Warriors.

But, in the final eight minutes, coach Lorenzo Wright's Warriors erased an early four point deficit by scoring the first five points of the fourth quarter.

Pass Christian's DaShaun Singleton swished a three point shot with 5:48 remaining, and the Pirates reclaimed the lead. A Prescott Williams bucket on Pass christian's next possession stretched the lead to 43-39.

Free throws down the stretch gave the Pirates a 51-45 victory.

Full-time Waveland city workers, primarily police officers, who take-home vehicles outside of the city limits could see a change to the city's policy soon. City leaders said the current policy is antiquated and needs to be rewritten into something that would benefit both the officers and the taxpayers.
