D'IBERVILLE, MS (WLOX) -

Visitors to D'Iberville's town green can get a history lesson about the community thanks to a special display.

Replicas of various businesses make-up a "miniature village" that is now on display on Central Avenue. Public Works Director Michael Mullins, began the project several years ago.

The buildings include such businesses as Quave's Grocery, the Star Theater and Gollott's Market.

The hand-made structures are one-eighth scale and include plaques with information about the history of each building and the history of D'Iberville.
