PEARL RIVER COUNTY, MS (WLOX) - The Pearl River County Sheriff's Office is searching for two people who they said burglarized the McNeill General Store on Highway 11 in McNeill, MS on Christmas Eve.

Authorities said the burglary happened around midnight. Pearl River County Sheriff's Sgt. Marc Ogden said the suspects busted the front door of the business to get in. After the store's alarm went off, deputies responded, but the suspects already fled the scene.

They are accused of taking four cartoons of Marlboro and Newport cigarettes.

"We know of two caught on surveillance video," Ogden said.

Ogden said, if arrested they will face a charge of commercial burglary.

The Pearl River County Sheriff's Office posted the pictures of the suspect on Facebook and have already received several tips, but are still looking for more.

Anyone who identifies the two men is asked to call the Pearl River County Sheriff's Office at 601-798-5528.
