Officials with the Harrison County Sheriff's Department and Wiggins Police Department are working to identify a woman they say broke into a local school and stole an employee's wallet.

Wiggins police Cpl. Richard Gulledge said a black woman entered Saucier Elementary School on Friday and took an employee's wallet during the school's Christmas celebration. Police say she didn't stop there.

Gulledge said the woman then went to the Wiggins Walmart on Highway 49 and made two fraudulent transactions with a credit card stolen out of the wallet.

Authorities say the woman was last seen driving an older model tan Chevrolet Tahoe.

Gulledge said authorities are following several leads, including additional fraudulent charges on the credit card.

If you have any information about this woman's identity, please call Crime Stoppers at 1-8877-787-5898 or Wiggins police at 601-928-5444.
