KILN, MS (WLOX) - A Hancock County jury has found Kevin Boudreaux guilty of premeditated murder connected to the death of his sister. He was sentenced to life in prison. That is according to his attorney Michael Crosby.
The shooting happened on Feb. 10, 2013, at the family's home on CC Road in the Kiln. Investigators said Kevin, 21 at the time, shot Janelle, 20, when she tried to stop an argument between Kevin and his girlfriend. Detectives report that argument was over a child custody issue.
