Roads reopen as fog rolls out

All roads are reopen after smoke and fog caused a messy morning commute.

Around 2:30 Tuesday morning The Harrison County Sheriff's Department closed portions of Dougley, Houston Ladnier, Herman Ladnier and Saucier Lizana Road due to poor visibility.

As of 7:30 a.m. all roads are open.

A dense fog advisory is in effect until 8 a.m., but WLOX meteorologists say the fog is already starting to clear.

This comes after a forest fire on Saucier Lizana south of West Wortham.

Crews have gained control, but with some smoke on the road, be careful if driving through the area.

The cause of the fire is being investigated.
