Bombay Bicycle Club Seafood Linguini

  • 6-8 Large Oysters 2 oz Small Peeled Shrimp (70/90 ct)
  • 2 oz Crawfish Tails 2 oz Diced Tomatoes Parsley (to garnish)
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 8 oz Alfredo Sauce
  • 10 oz Pre-Cooked Linguini
  • 1 oz White Wine
  • 1 Tbl Cajun Spice
  • 1 Tbl Fresh Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 oz Melted Butter

Ladle butter into a hot skillet and heat till bubbling. Place oysters, crawfish & shrimp to pan and sauté' until done. Add white wine, garlic, tomatoes and Cajun spice, then simmer for 1 minute. Add cream sauce and bring to a bubble, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Heat pre-cooked pasta in microwave or dip in boiling water. Place heated pasta on desired plate or bowl then pour seafood mixture over the top. Garnish by sprinkling parsley, parmesan and Cajun spice on top.
