Sea Wolves Drop 5-2 Decision to Reading

Reading scored first at 10:54 of the first period on a goal off the stick of Cail Maclean.

The Mississippi Sea Wolves came back at 15:29 on a power-play. Jeff Hutchins sent the puck to Jay Legault tying the game at one.

Reading regained the lead 49 seconds into the second period. Ryan Kinasewich scored his 7th goal on the season.

At 13:20 of the second period Jeff Hutchins slipped the puck to Louis Dumont who had a wide open shot and find the net scoring his 9th goal.

The Sea Wolves would collapse in the third period as the Royals bagged three goals the first at 3:54 off the stick of Ryan Kinasewich. Cail Maclean scored on a power-play at 9:49 and Preston Mizzi slapped home the final goal at 14:44.

The Sea Wolves and Royals drop the puck again 7:35 New Year's Eve in the Mississippi Coast Coliseum.

    With his professional baseball career in the books, Fred Lewis is back in South Mississippi and paying it forward. The Stone and Mississippi Gulf Coast product returned to Perkinston to hold his Believe It and Achieve It Camp, a free baseball clinic that allowed area youth a chance to rub elbows and get hands-on instruction from a former Major League Baseball player.
