Enjoy water boat parade aboard Biloxi Schooner

BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

The Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum invites everyone to sail aboard a Biloxi Schooner for the Christmas on the Water Boat Parade Saturday, December 6, 2014.

The schooners will be decorated and will have Christmas music on board.

The schooner will depart the Schooner Pier Complex at 367 Beach Boulevard, Biloxi at 4:30 p.m. to rendezvous with the parade lineup at Channel Market #5 south of the Biloxi Lighthouse. The parade will start at 6 p.m., a fireworks display will follow the end of the parade, and we will return to dock about 8 p.m.

Those who sail on the boat are welcome to bring food a refreshments aboard. Ice chests and ice will be provided.

Tickets are $40.00 for adults and $20.00 for children ages 3-12. Purchase a ticket by calling 228-435-6320 Monday through Friday. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
