Two FL men charged with felony credit card fraud in Biloxi

BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

Officials with the Biloxi Police Department tell WLOX News officers arrested two Jacksonville, FL, men Saturday afternoon and charged them both with two counts of felony credit card fraud.

Lt. Chris DeBack said David Ruff, 42, and Adrian Alexander, 36, were connected to two credit card fraud cases in Biloxi after being arrested on similar charges in Gulfport.

DeBack said Judge Albert Fountain set bond at $100,000 for both Ruff and Alexander. Officials tell us Ruff is also pending a hold for violating parole.

Ruff and Alexander are being held at the Harrison County Jail awaiting their initial court appearances.

    Surveillance cameras captured someone opening fire at a gas station in Jasper. Police are looking for one of the people they said opened fire on Friday night, while the other is still in a hospital.
