Power's Christmas Morning Casserole
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Brown 2 lbs. of breakfast sausage and set aside.
combine in a bowl:
- 2 1/2 cups of milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon of dry mustard
Set aside. Grease a 13 x 9 glass pan. Cover bottom of pan with 3 cups of herb croutons. Cover with sausage, pour mixture over. Cover with 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese. Cover with foil and let sit over night in fridge. On Christmas morning, pop it in the oven and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and a half. Serve with a "Ponsettia", Champagne and Cranberry Juice Delicious!
