GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) - One of Tennessee's top ten most wanted fugitives was arrested in Gulfport by the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force on Friday morning. That is according to U.S. Marshals Service Supervisory Inspector Randy Brouillette.
Brouillette said Javon Spivey, 25, is wanted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations and the Nashville Police Department for first degree murder, attempted first degree murder, aggravated robbery and aggravated kidnapping in connection with a home invasion.
Brouillette said an anonymous tip to Nashville Crime Stoppers led authorities to a residence in Gulfport where they found Spivey.
Spivey is being held at the Harrison County Jail pending extradition to Tennessee.
