MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Department confirmed Tuesday that two more people were arrested in a fatal weekend shooting in the Waugh community.

Kyrice Devontaie Mushat and Terry Lee Jackson Jr. are charged with capital murder.

Marcus Lenard Sanders was arrested earlier and charged with capital murder and robbery in the first degree.

Sheriff's deputies say the victim, 27-year-old Ballard Reynolds, died at the hospital following the shooting on Saturday.

Officials say deputies responded to a report of a subject being shot on St. James Church Loop at the Waugh Park off of Marler Road. When they arrived at the scene they located Reynolds who was transported to Baptist East.

A possible motive hasn't been released.
