MOSCOW (CNN) - Russian officials have shut four McDonald's restaurants in Moscow.

The move includes the first to open in the city nearly 25 years ago, at the end of the Cold War.

It was quickly a favorite in the city and busy serving all the favorites to masses who waited in line. But no more, and many blame tensions between the U.S. and Russia over Ukraine.
