Florence man accused of showing private parts at local mall

FLORENCE, SC (WMBF) - A Florence man is accused of showing his private parts at a local mall.

Mark Andrews Manning, 54, has been charged with indecent exposure, according to the sheriff's office. He was arrested August 16.

Manning is alleged to have willfully exposed his private parts to victims at a local mall food court in Florence County, according to investigators. The incidents are alleged to have happened between the dates of May 1, 2013 and August 16, 2014.

Manning was released from the Florence County Detention Center on August 17, 2014 on a $6000.00 surety bond.

    A man accused of killing his girlfriend's 7-month-old son made his first court appearance Thursday. Michael Harris, 27, was charged with capital murder Thursday after Tanner Cowart died at USA Medical Center in Mobile.
