Twenty-seven year old Brandon Johnson, of Orlando, Florida, has been sentenced to 40 years in prison in the death of Eupora Police Officer Keith Crenshaw.
On October 23, 2013, Crenshaw was struck by a vehicle Johnson and two others were using as a getaway vehicle. Johnson's accomplices died as a result of the crash that occurred following a high-speed pursuit.
Nathaniel Robinson, 22, also of Orlando, died at the scene of the crash. Frank Maye, 33, of Orlando, died the next day at a Tupelo hospital.
A Grenada County Circuit Court judge sentenced Johnson to two 40-year sentences to run concurrently. He pled guilty to one count of armed robbery and one count of second degree murder. he was convicted as a habitual offender.
The judge also ordered Johnson to serve day-for-day with no chance of parole or early release.
