JACKSON COUNTY, MS (WLOX) -

Investigators in Jackson County say two men who broke into a St. Martin home and stole a large television were arrested after they sold the TV a short time later.

Witnesses told deputies the men were dressed in camouflage clothing and driving a white truck with a broken back window. They were spotted at a home in the 15000 block of Alan Street in St. Martin.

A short time later, a vehicle matching that description was spotted on Dantzler Road in the Virginia City area.

Investigators said the driver was Lynwood Earl Galle, Jr, 49, of St. Martin. He and his passenger, Virgil Hubert Matthews, Jr, 35, of Carriere, were each charged with burglary of a dwelling. They were being held at the Jackson County Adult Detention Center pending an initial hearing in Jackson County Court.

If convicted, each faces up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
