SLIDELL, LA (WVUE) -

A Slidell man was caught on camera having sex with a prostitute at work after he said a woman "randomly came into the store and offered him oral sex for money."

When the manager of a Slidell retail store found that one of his company checks went missing, he looked to the surveillance footage for answers. According to Slidell Police, he saw one of his employees, 24-year-old Charles West, hire a prostitute while on the job.

In the video, police say West has a brief conversation with a woman after she enters the store, then goes into the back room where the woman performs oral sex on West. Everything was captured by the store's surveillance cameras.

When it was time to pay up, police said West forged a company check for $200 and gave it to the woman.

Police arrested West for theft, forgery and solicitation of a prostitute. West said he never met the woman until that night.

"We can't make this stuff up," Slidell Police Chief Randy Smith said. "I'm at a loss for words! This is unbelievable."

Slidell Police are working to identify the woman, who will be arrested for prostitution.
