    The orchestrator of one of the most notorious murder sprees in American history is dead, TMZ reports. Citing the sister of his famous victim, the media outlet said Charles Manson died Sunday night, Nov. 19, at the age of 83.

    Deputies with the Pima County Sheriff's Department arrested a man after a brief chase on the southwest side Sunday afternoon. They responded to an alarm call around 3:00 p.m. at Hohokam Middle School, which is near Camino de Oesta and Los Reales Road.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

More than 13,000 Tucson Electric Power customers are without power.

This is affecting people who live near Golf Links Road and Pantano where nearly 2,400 people are without power. 3,500 people are also without power near Broadway and Speedway Also, near Houghton and Irvington where 1,900 people are without power. 1,500 customers near Ft. Lowell and Swan are affected. Nearly 1,400 customers along Swan and around Speedway are affected too. Smaller pockets across Tucson are also affected. About 800 customers in the southeast side won't have power restored until tomorrow morning.

TEP is investigating and working to restore power.
