DOTHAN, AL (WSFA) -

Two individuals involved in a burglary on July 10 at a home in Dothan have now been identified.

David Christopher Sanders, 32, of Headland Avenue and Eric Allen, 34, of South Edgewood Drive were arrested and charged with first degree theft of property.

The Dothan Police Department responded to a home in the 1000 block of Summit Street in reference to a theft in progress call on Thursday.

Officers were told that two black males had taken an air conditioning unit from the home and then fled the scene.

A concerned citizen saw the suspect's vehicle and described it to arriving officers as a white Ford Pick-Up truck.

The vehicle was later spotted on Lake Street by other officers who stopped the truck and found a large air conditioning unit in the back that was indeed the property taken from the home on Summit Street.

Sanders and Allen's bonds have been set at $5,000.00 each.
