Master Chef winner Whitney Miller will be a judge on the FYI Network's World Food Championships.
POPLARVILLE, MS (WDAM) -
A Poplarville woman who won TV's first Master Chef competition four years ago is now a judge on a new food competition series on the FYI Network.
Whitney Miller will be judging dozens of dishes prepared by competitors from around the globe on the World Food Championships. The six-part series was videotaped last October in Las Vegas.
The first episode will air Thursday night at 9 p.m.
Miller won the Master Chef competition in 2010 and also authored a cookbook in 2011.
"I was contacted by one of the prior competitors on Master Chef and she said you would be the perfect person to be a food judge and they need a woman and so, of course, I was ready to step in," Miller said.
