Authorities in Franklin County arrested a father on several charges after they said he shot his children with a pellet gun.

Deputies arrested Phillip Horn, 30. Investigators said he hit his two sons and step-sons with his hand, a belt and a piece of wood as a form of discipline. He’s also accused of picking up one of the boys by the throat and choking him.

The children’s ages range from 5 to 11-years-old.

Horn is currently being held on $100,000 bond.
