Google celebrates Independence Day with parade

Posted: Updated:

(RNN) – No Independence Day celebration where you live? Don’t worry, because Google has you covered.

Google’s logo for July 4 is an Independence Day parade set to The Stars and Stripes Forever by John Philip Sousa.

As the parade progresses, a young boy in the back struggles to keep up and play with the rest of the marching band, but by the end he takes the lead and even gets to play a solo on his flute.

July 4 marks the approval of the final version of the Declaration of Independence in 1776, declaring the American colonies free from British rule.
