OCEAN SPRINGS, MS (WLOX) -

A WLOX viewer is helping to reunite a 10 foot marlin replica with its owner. This big fish, nicknamed Wally, was stolen from Gil's Fish Camp in Ocean Springs just two days after it was hung on the side of the building.

Owner Kevin Ramage said Thursday night, a WLOX viewer, who had seen our story about the missing fish, was doing a construction estimate in a Gulfport neighborhood and spotted the marlin in a neighbor's backyard. The viewer called Gulfport police immediately, and investigators notified Kevin.

Gulfport police tell us the fish was taken back to the station, and Kevin expects to get Wally back next week.

Kevin told us he plans to mount Wally on top of the building this time so no one can steal him again.
