A casting call will be held in Jackson Saturday for a feature film that is scheduled to shoot in Jackson this summer, beginning in mid July. "The Hollars" stars John Krasinski (The Office) and Anna Kendrick (Pitch Perfect). Krasinski is also directing.

The casting call will be from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. June 28 at the Ice House Alley Warehouses, 215 West South Street, in Jackson.

The story centers on John Hollar (Krasinski) who leaves NYC to return to his Middle America hometown just before his mother is to have critical surgery. He is reunited with family and old friends.

The film calls for a LOT of extras. A few quick photos and you become part of the Extras Database for the film.
