The DUI trial of former 3 Doors Down bassist Todd Harrell has been pushed back to December.

The musician was due in D'Iberville Municipal court Monday to face a charge of DUI Other, Second offense. He was arrested back in February, accused of driving under the influence of a substance other than alcohol.

According to the D'iberville Municipal Court clerk, his new trial date will be December 16th. The move was made at the request of the defendant's attorney.

Harrell is currently under house arrest in Nashville where he stands accused of hitting and killing a man while driving under the influence back in April of last year. His next court date for that charge will be in September.

After his second DUI arrest in D'iberville, 3 Doors Down announced Harrell had been suspended indefinitely from the band.
