Sheriff: Still no charges in St. Martin shooting

ST. MARTIN, MS (WLOX) -

Jackson County authorities have identified the two people involved in a shooting at a St. Martin home last week. Menatha Antionetta Stallworth, 36, and Antione Howard Johnson, 34, were wounded at their home on Esplanade Road in St. Martin.

Sheriff Charles Britt said it appears the June 10 shooting started with a domestic dispute. He said the investigation is still ongoing, and at this time neither of the people involved have been charged with a crime.

Britt said the gun used in the shooting was recovered, and investigators are confident no one else was involved.
