Creating a Blueberry Tart.

BLUEBERRY TART
1 uncooked pie crust
1 ½ - 2 cups fresh blueberries
½-1 cup sugar, divided
1 cup water
1 stick of butter, melted
Cinnamon, optional

-Place uncooked pie crust in a deep dish. Fill crust with 1-1/2 to 2 cups fresh blueberries. Fold the crust over to make the big tart. Press edges closed.
-Whisk together ½ cup sugar, melted butter and 1 cup water and pour over the tart (it will look like it will make it soggy, but it will be fine).
-You can put more berries on the outside and dust with ½ cup additional sugar if you wish.
-Bake tart in oven at 350 degrees until crust is brown (about 30 minutes).
-After baking sprinkle with cinnamon on top, if desired.
