Cloud marketing technology leader adds executives from Eloqua, Responsys, Salesforce.com and Oracle to accelerate growth, product innovation
Opens San Francisco office, promotes Eric Holmen to president
SANTA BARBARA, Calif., June 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Invoca, the leading provider of cloud-based inbound call marketing technology, today announced the company surpassed the 100 employee milestone and expanded its executive leadership team. The newly appointed executives bring decades of enterprise SaaS and marketing technology experience to the company as it prepares for the next phase of growth and call intelligence adoption. To commemorate the 100 employee milestone, Invoca launched an interactive site to give an inside look at the team.
As more consumers choose to interact with brands on their mobile devices, phone calls will be an increasingly important part of the customer experience. According to BIA/Kelsey, mobile search alone will drive 73 billion calls per year from consumers to businesses by 2018.1 Just as marketers use platforms like Eloqua, Salesforce.com, Responsys, Oracle and Silverpop to harness intelligence around desktop "clicks," they are turning to platforms like Invoca to provide insight around phone calls in order to improve the customer experience and drive additional revenue.
"Invoca sits at the intersection of two important growth trends – the rapid innovation in marketing technology and the rise of mobile communications," said Kobie Fuller, Invoca board member and Principal at Accel Partners. "Boosting the executive team with such deep experience in enterprise SaaS and marketing technology ensures Invoca is ready to take full advantage of the growth opportunity ahead."
