You often hear so many talk about what is wrong with the government. And with good reason, they operate on the money that comes out of every taxpayers pocket. We all have every right to praise or certainly criticize the actions of those who hold taxpayer funded jobs. We also have the right to praise and criticize those we elect to public office. They are the ones most directly accountable to the taxpayers.
Every few years, we all get a chance to approve or disapprove of the jobs they do. But far too many of us don't take part in this approval process. We urge you to do more than talk about government.
When elections come around, go to the polls and vote. Your next chance is the Republican U.S. Senate Primary June 24th. You can vote in that runoff if you voted in the original GOP Primary or if you didn't cast a vote in that primary.
Then there will be a number of other elections November 4th. Please exercise your right to vote.
