Expanding the flavors of off the shelf offerings in condiments and sauces.

Seattle, WA – Stock & Pantry | Global Flavors for Modern Life makes its debut on the national stage as a company focused on flavors inspired by world travel, healthy ingredients and high end style. A Kickstarter campaign is under way to fund full production.

Founded by Seattle resident Sasha Clark, the company will broaden standard condiment diversity by combining flavors of various countries – Spain, South Africa, Australia, United Kingdom to begin with – with responsibly sourced and healthy ingredients. All the products are extremely low in calories due to the use of pure coconut palm sugar as the sweetener of choice rather than high fructose corn syrup or processed sugars. This debut line is also gluten-free and vegan-friendly (the mustard contains honey).

The Stock & Pantry premise is to offer globally inspired, healthy products without the “crunchy”, hippie aesthetic. Beyond this, Stock & Pantry will add further sauces and condiments inspired by additional cultures as well as expanding into home goods and other food offerings.

Beyond production of their own line, Stock & Pantry have also endeavored to create a community of like-minded “foodies”, enlisting the talents of local charcuterie and bread producers to enhance their launch party and working extensively with the design talents of Factory North.

Stock & Pantry is looking forward to building on the relationships Clark has formed throughout the product development process and to make the leap into full production based on the success of the aforementioned Kickstarter campaign. The sense of community and support from the Pacific Northwest food industry has been invaluable in the founding of this new business.

Clark’s background in the restaurant/bar and marketing industries has been put to good use as the team has further perfected the processes for putting together branding, packaging and advanced recipe development.

Stock & Pantry have seen the very positive response to the debut line brought forward at the launch party and are confident that the condiment collection will be a success:

“We have had a tremendous response to our first six products that we served at our launch and in blind testing, with tasters telling us they’re equally impressed with the amazing flavors and the concept of healthy plus stylish. The use of the coconut palm sugar is a real ground breaker in a standard product – this is something that you can access easily, and not have to go to the health food store. The flavors are attractive to the new “American”, who is a great combination of many cultures and enjoys spice and excitement in their food.”

Given the initial positive response, the Kickstarter campaign has taken on an urgency for the team at Stock & Pantry. As of today, there are only 4 days left for Stock & Pantry to meet or exceed their goal; if the target goal is not met, no funds will be received and no rewards shipped.

The reward based pledge system is known as “crowdfunding” and links start up companies with people who want to lend their support. In return, the backers receive Stock & Pantry products as well as merchandise not available elsewhere.

The company is licensed, branding is complete, and Stock & Pantry is ready to launch to the country of new “Americans”, starting right here in the Pacific Northwest.

The Stock & Pantry debut collection consists of Original Hot Jam, Cape Town Peri Peri Sauce, Tomato Kasundi, Salsa Vivo, Proper Marmalade and Gentleman’s Mustard. Look for updates on the company and the Kickstarter campaign here and here.

Stock & Pantry was founded in 2013 to provide consumers with a wider choice of sauces, jam and condiments. The company offers a range of products, each inspired by flavors experienced in different countries and cultures.
