BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

Police say a Biloxi woman created fake email accounts, filed fake EEOC complaints, and even created a fake baby all in an effort to harass several of her victims.

Rebecca Anderson, 44, was arrested Friday and charged with Cyberstalking, which is a felony.

According to investigators with the Gulf Coast Cybercrime Task Force, Anderson created several fake email accounts under assumed names. She then emailed, texted, and sent letters to her victims in an effort to harass them. Investigators said she also made up a fictitious baby, who she said belonged to one of the victims, and filed phoney Equal Employment Opportunity Complaints (EEOC) against one of her victims in an effort to cause trouble at the person's place of employment.

Friday, Anderson was being held at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center on a $25,000 bond. If convicted, she faces up to two years in prison and a fine of $5,000.
