Friends deliver 'Lil Mexico' to Pascagoula Police Dept.

PASCAGOULA, MS (WLOX) -

Pascagoula Police have their man. Just hours after asking for the public's help finding Jorge Miguel Romero, the wanted man was brought into the front of the police station by friends who said they saw the news coverage.

The 18-year-old, who is known as "Lil Mexico," was wanted in connection with a shooting late Monday afternoon on Daniels Street.

Romero was being held Thursday afternoon at the Pascagoula Municipal Jail, as he awaited an initial appearance before Judge Michael Fondren.
