BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

Music will continue to be heard at the New Community Missionary Baptist Church in Biloxi after stolen musical instruments and equipment were returned to the church pastor by police.

Biloxi Police Department Investigator Steve Schlicht said 24-year-old Levingston Ambrose Moore, of Gulfport, was arrested on Thursday morning and charged with burglary of a church.

Schlicht said the church reported the burglary back in January. Investigators discovered the stolen equipment had been pawned by Moore the same day the burglary occurred.

Schlicht said the property was recovered and returned to the church, and an arrest warrant was issued for Moore.

Moore is being held at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center on a $50,000 bond.
