(WMC) - The three men accused of killing the parents of four young children are all locked up at 201 Poplar without bond. Meanwhile, the children are living with their grandparents.

Kendrick Starks has been locked up since May 6. He is accused of, among other things, pointing a loaded gun at Memphis Police Department investigators who saw him with the gun and started following him. Police say they also found him with an SKS assault rifle and two Molotov cocktails.

One week later, investigators officially connected him to the April 24 murders of James and Danielle Alexander. The couple was found shot to death in their living room by their 7-year-old daughter.

According to an affidavit of complaint, Starks denied shooting them, but admitted to being there and having possession of the murder weapon. Police say he also stole money, a TV, and a handgun from their house.

Devin Gary is also charged in the crime. According to the police report, he was inside the house when the couple was murdered. He also took the TV afterward. When the crime occurred, Gary was out of jail on a $500,000 bond for a January 2012 aggravated robbery case that was supposed to be disposed of on June 3. He, just like Starks, denied pulling the trigger.

Ricky Durham was the first person charged in the double murder. Court records describe Durham as a confirmed member of the Grape Street Crips with an arrest history that includes burglary and weapons charges.

Gary will go to court on Thursday. Durham and Starks are due back in one week. All three are locked up with no bond.
